When not otherwise stated, prices given in our shop are our end-user prices, valid worldwide. Where required, depending on country of origin, VAT/Sales tax is included in this price.

We ship from our principal office in Germany to almost all countries. The delivery costs seen below will automatically be shown in your chosen currency when you reach the checkout.

Notes on Delivery:
The average shipping time is stated in the chart above. The time in days is measured from the time of the payment authorisation. Please note that the delivery times given are an average and can differ from those stated. Reasons for this possible delay include, but are not restricted to, acts of God, weather interference and workers' strikes. We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive in the time frames given in the table above but do our best to ensure that deliveries arrive as soon as possible. If you are lucky, and/or well situated in your delivery country, your order could also arrive faster than the times given above. If the delivery time differs from this average for a product we will inform you of that in the product description or via Email.

Please note that the total delivery time (time of order to time of receipt of order at delivery address) is dependent on the chosen payment type and the time of payment by the customer. Goods are shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

• Standard shipping up to 199,99 Euros will be made with DEUTSCHE POST (Warenpost, not Express)
• Standard shipping from 200 Euros will be made with DHL (Parcel, not Express)

Payments via credit card will be processed by our reliable credit card acceptance partner IPAYMENT/WORLDPAY. Your card details will only be transferred to IPAYMENT/WORLDPAY to make the payment. For your security no data will be recorded by us. Your credit card will be charged soon after your credit card payment and the acceptance of your offer of contract.

Customers outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to import taxes on orders delivered to their country.
